Group Training
Small-Group. High-Intensity. Game-Realistic.​

Our Group Training program delivers elite-level coaching in a small group setting — blending the energy of competition with the focus of individual development. Players are grouped by age and level, ensuring every session is challenging, fast-paced, and tailored to real-game demands.​

We focus on:

  • Technical repetition under pressure

  • 1v1 and small-sided decision-making

  • First touch, passing, finishing, and positional movement

  • Training scenarios that mimic match intensity

​Group sessions are ideal for players who:

  • Want more reps and touches outside of club training

  • Are preparing for club tryouts, ID camps, or showcases

  • Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

  • Need supplemental training without the cost of private coaching

Private Training

Private training is our most personalized and detailed program — built around the unique needs and goals of each player. Whether the focus is technical refinement, position-specific growth, or confidence building, every session is tailored and executed with precision.

We assess the player's current level and develop a progression plan that targets their individual areas for improvement. From beginners learning fundamentals to high-level players preparing for ECNL, college, or pro opportunities, this is where development accelerates.

We specialize in:

  • Customized technical and tactical development

  • Video feedback and performance tracking (optional)

  • Mental and physical performance habits

  • Consistent evaluation and progression tracking

Private training is ideal for players who:

  • Want maximum individual attention and feedback

  • Are serious about reaching a specific performance goal

  • Are recovering from injury or rebuilding confidence

  • Need individualized support that club environments can't provide
