Anthony Bardon is a highly respected former professional footballer from Gibraltar whose career spans both domestic and international stages. A product of relentless discipline and a deep understanding of the game, Anthony’s professional journey began in England with Tooting & Mitcham United, before returning home to represent Manchester 62 and later joining the iconic Lincoln Red Imps — Gibraltar’s most decorated club.

During his time at Lincoln Red Imps, Anthony played in UEFA Champions League qualifiers and earned recognition on the international stage as a core member of the Gibraltar National Team, competing in both UEFA and FIFA international competitions. His ability to perform at the highest levels of European football reflects his tactical acumen, leadership, and deep footballing IQ.

Following a six-year professional playing career, Anthony transitioned into coaching and leadership, fueled by a passion for developing the next generation of talent. He founded Lincoln FC, a youth-focused club dedicated to purposeful player development, which eventually merged with Solar SC to become what is now Lincoln Football Academy — a fully integrated training and competition platform built to elevate youth football in the United States.

In addition to his work at LFA, Anthony continues to contribute to the global game as an Assistant Coach for the Gibraltar National Senior Team, providing strategic and technical support at the international level.

A firm believer in education and continuous improvement, Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management & Business, along with a USSF “B” Coaching License and a Director of Coaching License. His experience as both a professional athlete and operational leader make him an integral part of Lincoln Football Academy’s mission to redefine excellence in player development.
Coach Fierro’s journey in professional football began at just 16 years old, when he earned a place with FC Soles of Ciudad Juárez in Mexico’s esteemed 3rd Division. His early exposure to the professional game laid the foundation for a career defined by discipline, excellence, and a relentless pursuit of growth.

He went on to spend five years under the FC Dallas system, one of the premier MLS academies in the United States, where he not only trained with the first team but also competed in the club’s exclusive summer college program.

Fierro’s collegiate career included NCAA Division I play at the University of Dayton and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, followed by a standout finish at Fort Hays State University (DII) — where he helped lead the program to the NCAA Final Four and was named to the tournament’s Best XI Players, a recognition of the top performers across the nation.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence both on and off the pitch.

Following his collegiate success, Fierro continued to pursue development at the professional level, spending a season training with North Texas SC, the official second team of FC Dallas. This experience deepened his understanding of the demands of the modern game — both technically and mentally.

Today, Coach Fierro brings that same standard of excellence to every player he trains. His experience across the youth, college, and professional levels, combined with his passion for developing complete footballers, makes him a vital asset to the mission of Lincoln Football Academy.
Coach Hugo Salcedo is a dedicated and forward-thinking football educator whose impact on Lincoln Football Academy has been both foundational and transformational. His coaching journey began at the early age of 18 with FC Force European School, where he demonstrated a rare combination of maturity, technical knowledge, and leadership from the outset.

While earning his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hugo further honed his craft as an Assistant Coach with the University of North Texas Women’s Soccer Program, gaining valuable experience at the collegiate level and deepening his understanding of athlete development in high-performance environments.

Over the past three years, Coach Hugo has played a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of Lincoln Football Academy. His commitment to delivering extraordinary, purposeful training has been instrumental in helping LFA establish itself as one of the premier youth development environments in the region. From curriculum design to player mentorship, Hugo’s influence can be felt in every layer of the academy’s culture and standards.

Before the transition that brought our partnership with Solar SC, Hugo was a key figure in the rise of Lincoln FC, contributing to its identity, methodology, and success on the field. His unwavering dedication to the academy’s vision, and to the growth of every player within it, continues to be a driving force behind Lincoln’s pursuit of excellence.
