Anthony Bardon

Executive Director

Anthony Bardon is an esteemed former professional Gibraltar footballer who left an indelible mark on the sport. Hailing from Gibraltar, Anthony embarked on a soccer journey that took him from Tooting & Mitcham United to Gibraltar's Manchester 62, where he showcased his skills before becoming an integral part of Lincoln Red Imps. His talent and dedication to the game earned him the opportunity to compete at the highest level, including featuring in UEFA Champions League qualifiers with Lincoln Red Imps and representing the Gibraltar National Team in prestigious UEFA and FIFA international tournaments.


After a 6-year professional career, Anthony's passion for nurturing young talents led him to retire young and pivot towards mentoring aspiring players where he built his former club Lincoln Football Club before merging with Solar SC. 

Beyond his coaching endeavors, Anthony is making a significant impact in the coaching realm. As an assistant coach for the Gibraltar National Senior Team, he contributes his expertise and insights to the development of Gibraltar's soccer talent.

Anthony's dedication to continuous improvement and education is evident in his acquisition of professional soccer licenses, including the prestigious USSF "B" Coaching License & "Director of Coaching" License. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management & Business.

Coach Fierro's remarkable professional journey commenced at age 16 with FC Soles from Cuidad Juarez in the esteemed 3rd division. His dedication and talent led him to spend an impressive 6 years at FC Dallas, where he not only trained with their first team but also participated in their select summer college program.


Fierro pursued his academic goals at the University of Dayton (D1), University of Texas Rio Grand Valley (D1), and Fort Hays State University (D2). Fierro earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

After his remarkable collegiate journey, Fierro further honed his skills by spending a season training with North Texas SC, FC Dallas's esteemed second team.


His commitment to continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence shine as a testament to his passion for the beautiful game.

Hugo Salcedo

Coach Hugo's coaching journey began at a remarkable young age of 18 when he joined FC Force European School. Simultaneously, while pursuing his bachelor's degree in sports management, he played a pivotal role as an assistant coach for the University of North Texas Women's soccer program.

For the past 3 years, Hugo has been an invaluable asset to Lincoln, leaving an indelible mark on the academy's development and progress. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in shaping Lincoln into what it is today, a testament to his unwavering commitment to the sport and its aspiring players.

David Ortiz, a talented soccer player, embarked on a remarkable journey in the sport. He honed his skills at FC Dallas Academy from 2012 to 2017, training with the pro team and playing in friendly matches.

At just 17, David signed his first professional contract, launching his career. He played for CD Guijuelo in Spain (2017-2018) and Envigado FC in Colombia (2019-2020). In the indoor soccer realm, he excelled with Dallas Sidekicks (2020-2022) and now shines with the Mesquite Outlaws in the MASL.

David's talents extend to futsal, earning him a spot on the USA Men's Futsal National Team in 2021. He showcased his skills in the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Lithuania, representing the United States.

Dedicated, versatile, and passionate, David Ortiz is a prominent and promising figure in both professional and futsal soccer, inspiring others with his journey of hard work and perseverance.
